Inc *Wage: $53.85/-$55.00/hour *Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week (To be determined) *Business/Working Location: 9600 Cameron St, Burnaby, BC V3J 7N3 Canada *Job Duties: -Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, print media, and digital channels, to drive brand awareness and engagement. -Lead collaboration with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and alignment across all marketing initiatives. -Create, manage, and optimize content for marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and social media posts, ensuring that all content is aligned with the company’s goals and target audience. -Analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and analytics, using this information to refine strategies, improve ROI, and inform future campaigns. -Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and activities designed to elevate brand awareness and foster customer engagement across key markets. -Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website updates, content management, and active monitoring of social media platforms to increase engagement and community interaction. *Requirements: -College diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is at least required. A university degree would be preferred. -3-5 years of sales or marketing experience would be required.. -Strong analytical skills, with a love for diving into data and deriving insights.
