We are committed to delivering exceptional food and service, and we are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our talented team. Position: Restaurant Manager Employer: Kosoo Restaurant Ltd. (o/a Kosoo Restaurant) Location: 832 Cardero Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2G5 Vacancy: 1 Job Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. - Supervise and coordinate kitchen and dining staff, including scheduling and performance management. - Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain a high standard of service. - Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure availability while controlling costs. - Train staff and provide ongoing support to uphold service standards. - Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses, and prepare reports for management. Requirements: - Completion of college related to hospitality industry is usually required. - 3+ years of supervisory experience in the food service sector are required.
