Super Thai Food is looking for experienced Food Truck Manager Company: Super Thai Food Position: Food Truck Manager, Permanent, Full-Time Position Wage: $35/hr, Working 30 ~ 40 hours per week Starting Date: As soon as possible Work location: 3288 Turner St Vancouver, BC V5K 2H3 Job Duties: - Plan and organize daily operations - Determine type of services to be offered - Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the budget - Monitor revenues to determine labour cost - Organize and maintain inventory - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food, materials and other supplies - Negotiate with clients for special events and manage them - Address customers' complaints or concerns - Provide customer service Job requirement: - 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience - High school graduation - Able to communicate in English If you would like to apply for this position and meet the requirement, please email your resume to: superthaifoodhr@gmail.com
