Position: Retail Store Supervisor Employer: 698075 NB Ltd. (o/a Kim’s Mart) Location: 797 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB E1C 2R5 Canada Vacancy: 1 Main Job Duties: -Supervising and coordinating daily activities of retail staff to ensure efficient store operations. -Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and answering inquiries. -Overseeing inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring well-organized and attractive merchandise displays. -Training and mentoring employees on store policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards. -Handling cash transactions, performing end-of-day reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. -Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations specific to grocery retail. -Assisting in meeting sales goals by implementing promotional strategies and monitoring performance metrics. -Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with store standards. Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required.
