Position: Food Service Supervisor Employer: 698075 NB Ltd. (o/a Kim’s Mart) Location: 797 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB E1C 2R5 Canada Vacancy: 1 Job Responsibilities: - Oversee food service operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. - Coordinate and manage the schedules of kitchen and dining staff. - Inspect food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. - Address customer inquiries and complaints to provide a positive dining experience. - Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs. - Train new staff and provide ongoing support to uphold service standards. - Monitor sales and expenses and prepare basic reports for the management team. Requirements: - Completion of secondary school is required. - Completion of college related to hospitality industry is usually preferred. - 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service sector are required.
