Business and Work Location: 785 Rita Road suite 100, Quesnel, BC V2J 0C2 Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)/ Shift Vacancy: 1 Wage: $26.50 - $35.00 (To be Negotiated) Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay Start date: As soon as possible Job duties: • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits • Evaluate daily operations • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget • Plan and organize daily operations • Recruit staff • Set staff work schedules • Supervise staff • Train staff • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures • Conduct performance reviews • Cost products and services • Organize and maintain inventory • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service Supervision: • 5-10 people Credentials - Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: • Responsible Beverage Service Certificate Job requirement: • Language of work: English • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years How to Apply: Via email: ginzacuisine@hotmail.com with “Assistant Manager” in the subject line. | |
