BREKA BAKERY & CAFE (W Hastings Branch) is looking for a MANAGER for our 24 hours/7days operating store in Vancouver, BC! Employer: BREKA Bakery & Cafe Inc. Work Location: 740 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1A3 Position: Manager Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time Number of Opening: 1 Conditions: • Compensation: Annual Salary $75,000 ~ $78,000 (depending on experience) • Working Hours: 40 hours per week • MUST BE available to work a flexible schedule including any weekdays, weekends and holidays and shifts that meet 24 hours/7days operational business needs Job duties: • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate store operations. • Manage inventory and modify operational procedures. • Build work schedules considering the business trend and community events etc. • Monitor, coach, and manage staffs’ performance. • Participate in the management meetings, if needed. • Optimize profitability by controlling key variable costs of food, coffee, supplies and labour. • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. • Maintain and report monthly cash reconciliation as per company standards. • Hire and plan for training new staff(s).
