Position: Butcher-retail or wholesale Types: Full-time, Permanent Wage: CAD$23.50/hour Working Hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Extended medical insurance after 6 months of full time employment, Hot lunch at work Job Duties: • Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare standard cuts; • Prepare meat for special displays and orders; • Wrap and package prepared meats; • Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory; • Ensure meats are clean and stored in safe conditions; • Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions; • Supervise and train meat cutters.
