The performance of the fund depends on how the collective assets are doing. Every time that these assets increase in value, so does the value of the shares that the fund owns. It is solely because of the reason that the mutual fund, which is doing well today does not come along with a guarantee that it will continue to perform in the same manner, or would bring great returns in the near future. | |
