Position: Assistant Manager Position Available: 1 Employer: Yaru Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Bowl Working Location: #101-2011 Innsbruck Drive, Whistler, BC V8E 0N3 Working Conditions: • Permanent, Full-time • Wage: $36.00 per hour • Working hours: 30~40 hours per week Job Duties: • Maintain and supervise daily operations as set by the manager/owner • Assist manager in building work schedules/sales planning considering the seasons, business trends and local events etc. • Monitor staff performance and have coaching conversation if needed • Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures in operations • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Participate in managerial meetings with the manager/owner • Maintain records of business documents such as licenses and invoices etc. • Plan to hire and recruit staff Benefits: • Extended Medical (including Dental) - after 3 months of probation period • Free staff meal during working hours • Subject to receive paid vacation and sick days as of BC Employment Standards Requirements: • Language: English • Completion of high school • Minimum 3 years of experience in food or restaurant service including at least 1 year of supervisory experience • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays since the working schedule will be mostly from Thursday to Monday How to Apply: Please send your resume by email at samuraisushi10@gmail.com | |
