Currently, we are in the process of hiring an experienced Food Service Supervisor! Employer: 3331445 Nova Scotia Ltd. (o/a Arirang Restaurant) Position: Food Service Supervisor Vacancy: 1 Job Duties: • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Prepare food order summaries for chef • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres • Supervise and check assembly of trays • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - Completion of college in hospitality industry or 2 years of supervised experience in a food industry is required. Conditions. Wage: $16.00 / hour (To be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay Working Condition: 30 - 40 hours a week.
