The kitchen creates a wide variety of delectable panini, wraps, pastas, proteins in bulk format and baked goods. Employer: Caffe De Medici Fine Foods Ltd. Position: Cook Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. - Train and monitor kitchen helpers to properly assist cooks and the chef. - Oversee and ensure smooth kitchen operations. - Determine size of food portions being served to customers. - Ensure the inventory is filled up with sufficient supplies, food, and equipment. - Maintain the hygiene of kitchen and work area. - May plan menus such as seasonal menus in accordance with our guidelines. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school is required. - 2 years or more experience as a cook is required. - Italian-style food cook experience could be an asset.
