Super 8 Brandon is a well-known hotel in Brandon, Manitoba. We are now looking for an experienced Building Handyperson for our hotel building’s maintenance. Employer: Crocus Lodge Inc. (o/a Super 8 Brandon) Working Location: 1570 Highland Avenue, Brandon, MB, R7C 1A7 Position: Building Handyperson (NOC 73201) Vacancy: 2 Job Duties: – Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical system, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. – Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. – Respond to requests from residents for minor repairs. – Perform daily inspections on the building systems. – Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment. – May supervise other workers. Job Requirements: –Completion of secondary school. - More than 1 year of maintenance experience is required.
