KYN28A-12 high-voltage switchgear is an indoor metal-clad removable switchgear with a rated voltage of 3.6~12kV and a frequency of 50Hz. It adopts a central trolley structure design and consists of a fixed cabinet and removable components (such as a vacuum circuit breaker trolley). The cabinet is divided into four independent compartments: busbar room, circuit breaker room, cable room and low-voltage room (relay instrument room). Each compartment is isolated by a metal partition, and the protection level reaches IP4X (housing) and IP2X (when the circuit breaker room door is open). 1. Safety protection: Five-protection interlock: Through mechanical and electrical interlock, "prevent accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers, prevent push-pull trolleys with load, prevent closing grounding knives with power on, prevent power supply when grounding knives are closed, and prevent accidental entry into live intervals" can be realized. Pressure release device: A pressure relief plate (flat plate, flat mesh plate or M-shaped mesh plate) is installed on the top of each high-voltage chamber to quickly release arc pressure in case of internal faults to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. 2. Structural design: Center-mounted trolley: The trolley is small in size (occupies 1/3 of the cabinet height), and the propulsion mechanism adopts worm gear, which is easy to operate; the trolley has "test" and "work" dual positioning and high interchangeability. Full armored enclosure: The outer shell is made of aluminum-zinc plate or galvanized steel plate, which is corrosion-resistant, anti-oxidation and has high mechanical strength. 3. Convenient operation and maintenance: Modular components support rapid maintenance and replacement, and the trolley can be pulled out to the transfer vehicle, and maintenance does not require power off. Equipped with a secondary plug (with interlocking rod) to achieve automatic locking of the electrical connection between the trolley and the cabinet; FTU can be integrated to realize power distribution automation. Applicable scenarios 1. Power system: power distribution protection and control of power plants and substations, start and stop of large high-voltage motors. 2. Industrial field: places with high reliability power supply requirements such as industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgy, and chemical industry. 3. Urban power distribution: ring network power supply or terminal power distribution for commercial centers, high-rise buildings, and rail transit. 4.
