We are full service Korean style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking experienced Head Chef. Employer: Victoria Pocha Restaurant Working (Business) Location: 650 Yates St Victoria, British Columbia V8W 1L3 Position: Head Chef Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~35 hours per week) Wage: $34.70 per hour Responsibilities: - Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards - Prepare and cook food on a regular basis and for special guests - Estimate labour costs - Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs - Consult with clients regarding events and specialty functions - Supervise activities of other chefs and cooks Requirement: - 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation - Completion of secondary school - Able to communicate in English.
