Le Coq Frit Cafe is looking for a F/T, Permanent Cook Position : Cook Available Position :1 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $19.00-22.00 hour (depending on experience) Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week Benefit : 4 % vacation pay Work Location: 1888 W. Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6J 1Y9 Job Duties: -Brine chicken, prepare batter, seasoning, and sauces for chicken menu -Fry chicken and cook other menu items according to order -Ensure food ingredients and meats are fresh and ready for cooking -Develop menu specials and seasonal menus -Keep kitchen clean and sanitized -Train and supervise kitchen helpers and apprentices -Maintain and operate kitchen equipment observing safety and health regulations Requirements: -Completion of secondary school -2~3 years work experience as a commercial cook is required. -English is required Please DO NOT CALL regarding the posted position.
