Role Overview: NOVA VCHT DISTRIBUTION LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Our company specializes in providing high-quality products and services to businesses across the maritime provinces of Canada, including Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our brand forward and ensuring that our marketing strategies align with the company's mission to deliver efficiency and reliability to our clients. What will you do in this role? • Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to strengthen our presence across the Atlantic provinces, with an emphasis on Nova Scotia, while leveraging market research to uncover opportunities and address customer needs in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. • Collaborate with the team in Ontario to develop and optimize marketing strategies for the Canadian market. • Design and execute campaigns to promote our home theater products, regular furniture, and installation services, including audio systems, projection screens, recliners, sofas, and couches, through both digital and traditional marketing channels. • Plan and manage regional marketing events, such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives, to build brand awareness and customer engagement. • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention • Build and maintain relationships with local distributors, retailers, and business partners to enhance product reach and visibility in new markets. • Leverage digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing, to engage and grow our online audience • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to measure success and inform future strategies. • Ensure alignment with the company’s global branding standards while adapting marketing efforts to meet the unique needs of regional markets. Expected Qualifications • A minimum bachelor's degree is required; a master’s degree or above is preferred. • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience working in a marketing management role in the distribution or retail industry. • Experience working in multiregional and multinational enterprises is required. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance across departments while working closely with the sales team. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights, combined with a creative and strategic mindset focused on delivering results. • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and foster successful collaborations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
